Trailer Rental Fees
Rates depend on trailer type:
- Single Box Trailer: $53.72/day
- Double Box Trailer: $79.75/day
- Hopper Bottom Trailer: $96.36/day
Important Notice About Trailer Charges
- To avoid daily trailer fees, return the trailer to the yard when not hauling loads.
- If the trailer remains in your possession while you're not working, daily rental charges will apply.
LoHi Logistics Trailer Policy
- Idle Penalty: $200 fee if trailer is held longer than 48 hours without hauling a load
- Security Deposit/Escrow: $2,000 refundable (if trailer is returned in good condition and contract terms are met)

Company Driver Payment Info
Compensation
- Rate: 30% of every load you haul
- Payment: Weekly Settlements
- Escrow Deposit: $500 (covers potential damage-related costs)
Payment & Settlement Schedule
Regular Weeks
- Work Week: Monday 12:01 AM – Sunday 11:59 PM
- Load Approvals: Must be submitted before settlement
- Processing: Mondays
- Direct Deposit: Tuesday night or Wednesday morning
Holiday Weeks
- 8-Day Cycle if Monday is a holiday
- Load Approvals: Due Monday night
- Deposit: Thursday
Driver Responsibilities Company & Owner-Operators
All drivers are expected to
- Operate safely and with professionalism
- Keep all required documents current
- Upload BOLs promptly after delivery
- Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Follow FMCSA, DOT, and Stanbert guidelines
- No smoking or vaping in trucks (violations result in $250 cleaning fee)
- Immediately report incidents or mechanical problems
- Treat Stanbert staff, customers, and fellow drivers with respect
