- Minimum 6 months active authority
- W-9 form and Certificate of Insurance
- $100K cargo and $1M auto liability
- Satisfactory or None safety rating
- Signed Motor Carrier Agreement

Sand Trax Certification (Online)
Freight Trax Sand Trax Certification
H2S Awareness Certification (Online)
Safety Unlimited H2S Awareness Course
PEC SafeLand Certification (In-Person Only)
Required for access to well sites. Find a local PEC SafeLand provider near you.
If you’ve previously worked with Stanbert, LoHi Logistics, or 5F and your certifications are still valid, you do not need to retake them. Just send us copies!
Application Process
Step 2: Upload the Following Documents
For ALL Drivers:
- Valid CDL (include old CDL if recently renewed)
- Current DOT Medical Card
For Owner-Operators ONLY:
- Truck Registration / Cab Card
- Recent Truck Inspection Report
- Current 2290 HVUT Receipt
- Truck Photos (front, back, both sides, and tires)
Owner-Operator Payment Options
We offer a simple and competitive payment structure
Option 1
5% of Gross Revenue
You choose the option that works best for you.
Option 2
$250 flat fee per week (only if you work)
You can start the application, but you must complete all required certifications before you can be onboarded.
If you've worked with Stanbert, LoHi Logistics, or 5F, check the issue dates. Most certifications are valid for one year. If unsure, just send us a copy.
You can get started with the online certifications first. The PEC SafeLand must be completed before you can be dispatched.

Once your documents and certifications are verified, onboarding can take as little as 1–2 business days.
